The State Bar of Texas refuses to discipline attorneys who commit serious crimes such as forgery and insurance fraud. Those attorneys are allowed to practice with clean records when they should have been disciplined, disbarred and sent to jail for their crimes. The State Bar of Texas (and Texas politicians) refuse to uphold the law and dispense justice. Their decisions are not based on the law, therefore their decisions are not valid. The State Bar of Texas makes a mockery of jsutice.
